Do you take my insurance?DizzyCare operates out-of-network with all insurance providers due to the nature of our business. We travel to your home or meet virtually and spend an hour or more with each patient, providing focused and attentive care. In contrast to insurance-based models, which often impose time constraints on physical therapists, our practice allows us to dedicate as much time as needed to help alleviate your dizziness. If you have out-of-network benefits with your health insurance, we will provide all necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. Please note that DizzyCare is not a Medicare provider. By law, we cannot offer Medicare patients services that would normally be covered by Medicare. If you are a Medicare beneficiary and would like to request treatment or have any questions, please call us at 626-808-3423.
